New Executive Facilitators

We are pleased to announce a number of new learning leaders and facilitators within our group.  As of May 2023, the following individuals have joined our team, and you and your colleagues will start seeing these leaders (if not already) facilitating a number of learning programs:

  • Amy Lauer – Amy is a former Retail business executive with vast experience in leading large national and global teams, large P&L and business operations for luxury brands including Sephora as part of the Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessy group
  • Christine Gilmour – Christine is an extensively experienced executive in Life Sciences.  Christine spent the majority of her career in varied executive roles across Clinical Development, Medical Affairs and Commercial.  Christine played an integral role in the Genentech / Roche integration and continues to be highly active in non-profit, community, and industry forums and associations. She is also an active investor in a variety of healthcare related innovations
  • Fred Kohler – Fred is an extensively experienced People & Culture leader in both Technology and Life Sciences.  Fred’s last two internal roles were as Chief People Officer of Grail and 23andMe
  • Gisela Paulsen – Gisela is an extensively experienced executive in Life Sciences. She has vast and varied global Life Sciences experience, including roles as President and Chief Operating Officer of Oncocyte.  Prior to Oncocyte, Gisela was Senior Vice President / Global Head of Clinical Operations for Roche where she led a team responsible for 400+ clinical trials across 60+ countries and spanning all drug development phases with 100k+ patients
  • Jan Claas – Jan is a true unicorn in Life Sciences.  He started his career as a Research Scientist, moved into roles in Medical Affairs, and ultimately as a senior Commercial leader responsible for sales and marketing in a number of European countries
