Hands On is a boutique learning and organizational development consultancy with more than 25 years’ experience supporting organizations of all sizes across industries and worldwide regions with their learning and talent development needs. Hands On also has incredible depth and breadth in life sciences-specific learning as well as helping organizations across industries obtain funding to support their learning needs.

As part of Hands On’s continued commitment to excellence and staying at the leading-edge of all things learning and organizational development-related, they are pleased to announce that they recently formed an Advisory Board to help steer their vision, mission, and strategy in helping organizations develop and harness their talent.

In forming  their  Advisory Board, they were purposeful in assembling a diverse team of exceptional business, people and culture leaders. Kathryn Matz, co-founder and Managing Partner of Hands On commented: “We know that this team will only bolster all that we do now and in the future to support our client community  in talent development and optimization. Abigail Epane-Osuala.  Abby is currently Chief Culture & Belonging Officer, HR Strategy for GE HealthCare. She is also the President of the GE HealthCare Foundation. She is an accomplished Human Resources executive with a Six Sigma Black belt and over 25 years of experience across industries—focusing on transforming cultures, managing change, and building high-impact teams that drive innovation and deliver business results. Abby is also a former client of Hands On, and Hands On had the great pleasure of learning and innovating with her in developing leading-edge talent solutions for a growing med tech brand with a global footprint.

Andrew Dawson.  Andy is currently Chief People Officer & Head of Corporate Affairs for BVI Medical.  Andy has been both a client and thought partner to Hands On for more than 15 years.  He is one of the most innovative and strategic People and Culture leaders around with a strong global background in both life sciences and technology.

Gisela PaulsenGisela is currently acting on a number of boards and consulting.  Prior to her current role, Gisela has held a number of senior executive roles in life sciences, including roles with Genentech, Roche, and many others. Gisela is also a former client of Hands On and has routinely supported Hands On in evaluating and evolving their approach and organization overall.  Hands On also has the incredible pleasure of having Gisela share her business knowledge and expertise with their clients through learning program facilitation in topics like Executive Presence.

Kathryn Matz.  Kathryn is a co-founder and currently Managing Partner of Hands On, LLC.  Kathryn is one of the most highly regarded learning and talent development specialists around.  She has consulted with many organizations of every size, including Fortune 100, across life sciences, technology, financial services, and more; advising executives and internal teams on strategic design and deployment of learning and other talent development solutions that enable these organizations to attract and retain top talent. Kathryn has also led the Hands On team in evolving the organization over the past 20 years to become one of today’s top learning brands worldwide.

Melanie Curry. Melanie is currently a Vice President of Human Resources at Epsilon.  Melanie is also a former client of Hands On, where Hands On had the benefit of her strategic approach to talent development at a large enterprise-scale in a fast-growing technology organization. Hands On has known and worked with Melanie for several years now and have been consistently impressed by her innovative and leading-edge approach to all things people and culture-related.

Sara Roberts is a 2-time entrepreneur, executive transformation consultant, leadership team facilitator, and keynote speaker. Over the last twenty years she has worked with CxOs and their teams at a quarter of the Fortune 100 as well as numerous other marquee brands and institutions as they’re embarking on their biggest change imperatives. Sara’s authored 2 business books with her most recent being Nimble, Focused, Feisty: Organizational Cultures that Win in the New Era and How to Create Them. Hands On has had the extreme pleasure of bringing Sara into their organization to share her research and current and futuristic insights in company culture and leadership development with our client community.   

Stacey Porter.  Stacey is currently Chief People Officer for Procept BioRobotics.  Stacey has a wide and diverse background in many areas of people and culture, including incredible depth and breadth in talent development.  Stacey too is a former client of Hands On and has routinely supported Hands On in evolving their thinking and innovation and expanding their footprint in different industries and regions across the world.

Suzan Morno-Wade.  Suzan is the former EVP & Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) of Xerox Holdings, where she oversaw a portfolio which included human resources, payroll, security operations, employee and executive communications and philanthropy.  Currently, Suzan serves on the boards of Latham Group (NASDAQ: SWIM) and Veritiv Holdings, Inc where she leads their Compensation Committees.  As a former client of Hands On, Hands On will have the benefit of her strategic thinking, her organizational transformation knowledge and expertise developing human capital strategies to enhance employee engagement and business performance.
